ENGINEERING

We provide Engineering services specializing in custom work, designing to the specifications of the client using some of the latest software.  This includes a specialized scanning system, that allows them to take precise measurements and make specific prints for each project.

MACHINING

The latest technology and machinery is utilized to complete a vast variety jobs. To produce the best products, the right equipment is paramount.  Some of the equipment we have avaiable to make products are CNC Lathes and Mills,  Drills and Manual Mills.

FABRICATION & WELDING

We have strict standards when it comes to our manufacturing process. We’re constantly innovating and improving to meet the latest needs of our clients. With over 12 Heavy Fit Tables and over twenty Lincoln DC600/CV655 MIG and TIG Welders available, we can meet these needs.

MATERIAL PREP

Preparing steel and metals to use for end products takes careful handiwork. Some of the equipment we employ is state of the art such as the Messer Plasma Oxy Fuel Table , 40 Foot Length Marvel Saw, 350 Ton CNC Baykal Press Brake, 220 Ton Hydraulic Press, 110 Ton Durma Iron Worker.

DELIVERY

Kodiak Manufacturing is happy to deliver your products. We contract with the best in the business for both small and larger loads. For larger loads, freight companies deliver items on a tractor trailer that is  designed to load and unload at a loading dock or with a fork-lift.

CRANE CAPABILITIES

To stay on top, we utilize manufacturing space and cranes that most of our competitors can't replicate. Everything we produce represents the quality and responsible manufacturing process we believe in. We specialize in producing oversize products because of crane capacities.
